Waiting Families
Hello! We’re Erin & Garth.
We have been together for 14 years and married for 9. We have a 12 year old bulldog named Jax who loves to take naps and eat treats! We met at work and bonded over our love of sports and coaching which are still a huge part of our lives today. Garth coaches football and Erin coaches basketball and field hockey.
Our house backs onto a school field with multiple playgrounds and we live a 10 minute walk to a private community lake. We spend a lot of time here with our families swimming, skating, playing pickleball and taking our nieces and nephews to the playground.
We love to travel and have a long list of places we would love to see. Our travel adventures started early on in our relationship where we spent a month in Bali, Indonesia and fell in love with the idea of exploring new cultures and meeting new people. Closer to home we travel in the summers to visit family in Nova Scotia where we spend a lot of time golfing, swimming and going out on the boat.
We have spent the last 9 years trying to have a family and the idea of adoption is always something that has been close to our hearts. We know that we have a lot of love to share and are excited at the possibility of welcoming extended family members into our lives.
