Waiting Families
Hello! We are Kara and Clay. Having shared a wonderful life together for 12 years, we now want nothing more than to open our home and our hearts to a child. We are both passionate about our careers in education, as well as our creative and relaxing hobbies that we love to do at home. Kara enjoys calming yoga and all things artistic, such as writing her novels, getting crafty, and making music. Clay loves to paint his intricate miniatures, play his favourite videogames, and learn more about history and current events.
Nothing means more to us than family, and we have an amazing community of people we cherish eager to embark on new adventures, host more games nights, and create many new and joyful memories together. After struggling with infertility for three years, we are so grateful to pursue adoption as our path towards growing our family even more. We cannot wait to embark on this journey, and welcome a child into our lives with open arms.
