Waiting Families
We’re Andrea and Brian. We’ve been together since 2015 and love doing life together! People would describe us as down-to-earth, dependable, and fun to be around. Brian is calm, thoughtful, and happiest when he’s building or fixing something with his hands. Andrea is creative, bubbly and social. She’s happiest expressing herself by playing guitar or planning fun events.
One of our favorite places to be is our little lake getaway, where weekends are spent with our dog, Tucker, enjoying campfires, boat rides and time away from the busy city life. Summer evenings at the lake with good tunes and good company will always be our happy place.
While we’ve experienced unexpected twists on our path to parenthood, one thing has never changed—our desire to become parents. We believe childhood is made up of thousands of moments that become lifelong memories. Enjoying pancakes with way too much syrup, blanket forts, Christmas mornings and the feeling of knowing Mom and Dad are always there. We know a child’s story begins before us, and are committed to honoring it with openness, love, and respect. We want them to experience love, security, and the freedom to become exactly who they are meant to be.
